Q: Unable to Unstall Itunes

Hello , I get this message whenever I try ti install itunes on my microsoft 10

If anyone has a solution ..

Thanks for coming to the Apple Support Communities for help. I know that iTunes can be a great tool for managing music and syncing your devices, so I'll be happy to provide you some resources to get this working again.

 

It seems that this error can be caused by some older video cards on 64-bit systems. To resolve this, install this version of iTunes instead:

Download iTunes 12.4.1 for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards)

 

Once that's installed, make sure iTunes is up to date:

 Get the latest version of iTunes.

 

You should be back in business after that. Cheers!
