Q: Lyrics

Hi all, is everyone having issues with lyrics? last December I lost 27,000 songs when renewing my iMatch account, I reported it to Apple and I and them spent two months trying to find and retrieve, eventually they managed to download some of my library but not all. I requested a payment for the lost albums however Apple didn't seem to think it was their issues, these album were copies of cd's i bought and downloaded into iTunes and in that process the lyrics also.

I then sold my cd's to friends because I seemed to think that they would be safe in iTunes, lesson learnt.

Anyway over the last 2 months i have noticed that my lyrics have gone, I always use my iMac to embed song lyrics and iCloud does the rest and distributes to my other three devices, iPhone 6 Plus, Macbook Pro & iPad Pro. The funny part is that those three devices have song lyrics but my iMac doesn't, how weird is that.

I have reported it to Apple Support who spent two hours trying to find them, no luck, now it's been escalated to a higher level which will take four working days to resolve, i hope.

Has anyone have the same issue.
