Q: Scam

I received a txt from AppleUk yesterday saying there has been some unusual sign in attempts on my apply id and my account has been locked and to unlock it to visit the site at the bottom of the txt, is this a scam? I'm guessing it is because I signed into my apple account fine today. Many thanks

Most likely yes. Login to your AppleId (NOT using the link provided) and see if anything looks miss.
