What kind of refurbished iPhone is mine?

Can someone help me to explain what kind of refurbished iphone i have? I got this product with normal retail box and not the usual plain box for Apple certified pre-owned one. But at the back i got this label. I got the original accessories inside along with the stickers. Is it refurbished by Apple or other third party? The warranty is activated with the same purchase date also. Thanks for the assistance
