Q: Weird internet accounts problem El Capitan, after wake-up

Hi all!

I have got this really weird problem for about a month or so (not really sure when it started or, more importantly, what started it, maybe last system update?).

I run El Capitan 10.11.5 on MB Pro (15", mid 2014) and about a month ago I drew something in Illustrator and tried to saved it. When I pressed cmd + s I could see the "waiting mouse" and then the app just crashed. The same happened few days after with other app, this time OS X native (Grapher). Then I found out that I could not start Messages app, nor Calendar app and in Settings - Internet accounts (I have iCloud and Google in internet accounts - google for calendar, not mail) there were no accounts instead of two and when I pressed add, the Settings crashed.

All-in-all sometimes (I am really mad that I do not know when, usually it is after wake-up, but not always.. sometime after wake-up, everything's fine) I got system-wide problem related to internet accounts - I cannot run Calendar, Messages and every app with which I try to save a document, crashes upon saving. Restarting the Mac does the trick and everything works fine after, but sometimes I lose some of my work.

One more thing, when an app crashes (either because of saving or e.g. Messages by default), I need to force quit an application and in the report I can see the same few lines in every app that crashes.
