My phone se dont have apple pay why?

To be able to set up and use Apple Pay on your iPhone SE:
If you have not yet done so, update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS:
Check that you are located within - and your region is set to - a region where Apple Pay is available:
- iPhone: Settings > General > Language & Region > Region - set to your country.
You will also need a supported card from a participating issuer:
