Hoover is not working with Mouse

When using a mouse (logitech) sometimes hoovering over menus does not work correctly.

I select one menu dropdown and what happens is that the other menu dropdowns does not automatically appear (like normal) when I hoover over them.

Instead I have to click on the menu, which will close up the old selected menu, and click again on the new menu.

Also when the mouse is in this mode Autocad is somewhat useless, since it seems to be grabbing the hoovering mousecursor which it cannot...

What helps is to disconnect the mouse reciever and pulling out the batteries of the mouse..
