Q: I rented it while traveling in the US, started downloading it and never got to play in my iPad. Back home in México I tired again but with no results. I even rented it again, already billed too, and still can't get it to download or play

i keep struggling trying to download Movies while travleing, in this case i was in the us and tried two different ones, one of them rented twice, but regardless of download tine, at some point it told me it could not be done, tried back home in mexico, still unable to get them, but the store has promptly charged me the three attempts. Any clue as to how to recover my money (a credit will do) or download them?
