I need to locate my ipad mini but I don't have serial number and it is a company product and I don't know my security questions how can I turn on the locator??

To setup 'Find my Phone/iPad' you'll need physical access to it. So, if it isn't set up already, there's no way to locate it.
it is a work ipad mini I think they set it up for me, should I just ask the it people or contact support for apple
Contact your IT department. It did the initial set up, and someone should know if Find My Phone is on and what is needed to login to it. Not to mention wiping the device if its whereabouts are unknown.
now I logged in to the find locator but it wont show the last place it was how do I do that..because it is not online and I cant locate it
It can only be located if it's online. But you can put it in Lost Mode: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
