Q: big problem! Must help

I spoke with a representative of Apple's customers, to restore the security of my questions, but she repeatedly claimed that if I do not remember the answers she can not help me ... what should I do to restore security questions? I forgot them! What other ways are there?

I can show my driver's license, I can show my ID, I can show my passport, my credit card, only to prove that I am and will restore me to my security questions but nobody wants to help

Please someone a good person team Apple, give me a sign of hope , I am helpless

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.2, null

Apple has never been given any of these forms of ID to verify them against the account. Giving them anything but the security information that was entered in with your account would not assist in this matter.

When you Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support, they need to verify your ownership of that account to gain any access to assist you with making changes to it. They need to verify at least 2 peaces of security information that had already been provided to them by whoever was responsible for setting up your account. If you had 3 security questions, they can verify you for 2 of the 3 and be given access to help you update information. Do you know your password for your Apple ID, and you are just having an issue with the resetting of your security questions? They can have you navigate to https://appleid.apple.com/ and have you sign into your account, scroll down to the bottom left corner and provide your Temporary Support PIN. This would be 1 point of verification. After that, you can be verified by answering at least 1 of the 3 security questions you have on your account correctly. If you presently have a CC on file with your iTunes account, they can use that to verify you as well.

    hc284,

From one user to another, I am merely explaining the ways in which you can be verified for your account as you have a standard account setup. Your means of being verified include the following, Temporary Support PIN as I mentioned earlier, active CC on the account, device code verification which prompts an iOS device that is actively connected to the Apple ID for the purpose of Find My iPhone, or the 3 security questions. Of those details that can be tied to your account, they are the only means to verify you and you must be able to verify at least 2 of any of those things for the representatives at Apple to be given any access to making changes to your account with you. Again, I am only explaining this in detail to assist you. I obviously cannot do anything personally about your situation as I do not presently work for Apple. This is a user to user community forum.

This is a forum for user to user technical assistance. Apple presence is minimal and

    mostly to enforce forum rules.

Take proof of purchase (showing serial number of iPhone) from Apple or Apple authorized

iPhone reseller to the nearest Apple store where they may assist you.

If the invoice is from Apple or Apple authorized reseller, you could try taking it and the iPhone

to whoever provides Apple support in Israel. In many countries, there is no support for

iPhones not purchased in that country. You may have to send the iPhone back to your

brother in the US for him to take into Apple for assistance; in such a case, you would have

to provide him the proof of purchase.

If you are trying to remove your iPhone from Activation Lock, the receipt from the store that your phone was purxhased at can be used as proof that you own the iPhone to remove Activation Lock off of the iPhone.

If you are simply trying to regain access to an Apple ID, the receipt for the phone will be of no use for proving ownship of the Apple ID.
