I spoke with a representative of Apple's customers, to restore the security of my questions, but she repeatedly claimed that if I do not remember the answers she can not help me ... what should I do to restore security questions? I forgot them! What other ways are there?
I can show my driver's license, I can show my ID, I can show my passport, my credit card, only to prove that I am and will restore me to my security questions but nobody wants to help
Please someone a good person team Apple, give me a sign of hope
Apple has never been given any of these forms of ID to verify them against the account. Giving them anything but the security information that was entered in with your account would not assist in this matter.
When you Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support, they need to verify your ownership of that account to gain any access to assist you with making changes to it. They need to verify at least 2 peaces of security information that had already been provided to them by whoever was responsible for setting up your account. If you had 3 security questions, they can verify you for 2 of the 3 and be given access to help you update information. Do you know your password for your Apple ID, and you are just having an issue with the resetting of your security questions? They can have you navigate to https://appleid.apple.com/ and have you sign into your account, scroll down to the bottom left corner and provide your Temporary Support PIN. This would be 1 point of verification. After that, you can be verified by answering at least 1 of the 3 security questions you have on your account correctly. If you presently have a CC on file with your iTunes account, they can use that to verify you as well.
