Q: I cannot get the update el capitan 10.11.5 to download from app store.  I have10.11.3 installed

I have el capitan 10.11.3 on my iMac.  The update in the app store is 10.11.5.  I cannot get the update to download and restart.  Any suggestions?  I can't find a 10.11.4

Unless you have good reason, you are better off staying current with the latest 10.11 updtaes, in this case 10.11.5—this is for bug fixes and improved security

 

The combo is always available if the AppStore fails you:
