I'm visiting the US next month and wondering if i could buy an iPhone 6s from an Apple store there and take it back to Tunisia.
Will it work here ? Will i have any problems regarding the sim card ? Do i need to make a contract? Can I just give cash and get the package?
if it's sim locked to an american carrier it will only work with their sim cards
if you experience issues and wish to use the warranty you will have to travel back to usa to get it fixed
it shouldn't be a problem for you to buy an iPhone all around the world if you are paying cash
and regarding the worry of sim not working in your country.... just make sure you buy a factory unlocked iPhone
and in addition to that buy your iPhone from an authorized apple store

The warrenty for iPhone / iPad is only valid in the country of purchase
If you need to make a claim you will need to return iphone to place of purchase .
Buy one in the country you live in.

Read the comments others are making about difficulties with the warranty and with regional technologies. Also, it may seem cheaper but don't forget you will have to pay whatever local sales taxes apply here as well as any import duties Tunisia may charge you.
Thanks for the replies.. problem is iPhone 6s here costs about 300$ more than in the US 😟 but the warranty problems keep me from buying it from there (USA).
