I'm writing to warn other users .I have iphone 6s with latest firmware same as itunes.
Recently i contact Apple Support about few problems about artwork for music(there was no artwork appearing in iphone but it was in itunes).
But that wasn't a big problem until i decided to delete all music from my iphone through itunes,
so i selected all of ~40 gb of music and thousands of music files and press Delete.
But what happened: together with music i deleted Voice Memos as well.
I was so shocked i couldn't talk fo a while, Voice Memos was gone, but i was in music section, actually i even didn't know my Voice Memos are there.
For a week i tried to restore files recently deleted, i have no recovered my iphone, but nothing worked and now i just want to warn people.
Worst thing is that there was a Voice Memos of my son, i devorced with my wife and she's living with my son outside my country, there was 10's of voice memos i recorded : my 6 years old son talking funny stories. As my son is not with me i'm very sad about losing voice memos.
So guys, if you have something realy important on your phone, better back it up as soon as possible, don't back it up on itunes, do it by yourself adding important information somewhere else like e-mail or ...
