WHERE DO I GET THE BOOTABLE OS FOR MAC BOOK AIR

I accidentally formatted my startup disc of my MBA. Where do I get the bootable flash drive and os to have my MBA work again?

Try OS X Internet Recovery.

Hold down option + command + R keys at startup.

Internet Recovery

If you want to reinstall the version of OS X that came with your Mac, or if you need to reformat your entire startup disk, hold down Command-Option-R at startup instead. This starts your Mac from Internet Recovery.
