iPhone 6s (iOS 9.3.2) does not upload photos to iCloud library

A few weeks ago my iPhone stopped uploading new photos to iCloud. I did not changed any settings and I have plenty of free space in iCloud. The process seems to have frozen. I have tried to restart the phone with no success.

I have searched for solutions and have seen that some people recommend turning iCloud Photo library on and off. But I have over 6000 pictures and am worried that something will get lost, or that re-enabling the iCloud library again will take a very long time.

Here is a picture of my settings, you can see it says "uploading 146 items" (the numer increases for each new picture I make.

Thanks for any advice on how to solve this.

The best part about you trying "all suggestions" is there is no "other options", right?

So when somebody comes here and says they tried "all" to me it is a code for "nothing".

My recommendation is to start own thread. Describe your symptoms, and describe step by

step what you actually tried. Then somebody can help you and if answer is going to help you

you can mark it answered and then someone else can use your experience and it might help

other people as well.
