Macbook Pro Retina Screen Broken on side

I have a Macbook Pro Retina that is cracked on the right side of the screen which has caused vertical lines that have turned black for about an inch of the screen. I can't see anything on the right side of the display and it is driving me insane. I just want a way that i can set the Macbook to only display the screen on the part that works.
