Q: jingles

FCP has no jingles. There are jingles in the iLife package that comes with iMovie

CCan you post a screenshot of your music browser? Did you erase your drive and reinstall an OS? Do you have iMovie installed?

TThere should be a folder called iLife. FCP never had its own folder called Jingles.

TTry reinstalling iMovie.

They were part of the iLife sound collection, not FCPX.  If you have them, they'll be in this path-

Hard Drive > Library > Audio > Apple Loops > Apple > iLife Sound Effects.

If you have them and don't see them, two things to try.  Launch FCPX while holding the Option and Command keys at the same time to delete preference files.

If that doesn't work, drag the folders from a Finder window into the Audio Browser pane, manually.

If you simply moved the iMovies app to the trash, you should still have the media.  How did you remove iMovie?
