Sometimes, when I'm talking on my iPhone I need to leave the phone screen to access another app. When I'm finished talking, I can never get back to the phone screen to hang up. Simply going back to the phone app doesn't seem to do it. Seems like a stupid question, but can anyone tell me how to do this?

Use another app while on a call. Press the Home button, then open the app. To return to the call, tap the green bar at the top of the screen.

You touch the green bar at the top of the screen, where the status bar is, then it brings you back to the call where you can hang up.
