How to Increase Thumbnail Size When Importing Photo's????

This is an issue (for me) in several apps, when importing and/or opening an image and/or picture, the thumbnail image is too small to see what I am looking for. In the Finder, these images can be made larger by using the slider at the bottom right...but in several apps, particularly the Photo app, its not there, or I can find it.

Any help would be appreciated.

It isn't there.

From Photos, select the folder with your images for importing :

Click : Review for Import

Top Left slider in Photos will increase the thumbnail size :

Thank you for your reply, and i really appreciate the help, but the issue is i can't tell which images to select for review...they're too small and i have hundreds and hundreds of images.

Any other ideas?
