Q: Magic Mouse Intermittent issues

Recently my magic mouse has intermittently stopped swiping screens, secondary clicking, zooming and double tapping to the dashboard.

It works for a minute or 2 then stops. I have deleted the plist file, rebooted, used disk utilities etc but nothing seems to work. I have new batteries and the mouse is clean and seems ok. Tracking works fine, sometimes scrolling can appear sticky.

Can anyone shed any light at all on what the issue could be and how to remedy it?

Situations like this are mostly caused by interference. See the document below..

But there are other sources too, the last new one I read about was wacom tablets and pens. Party walls in flats where your neighbour has products that could have influence. Then again, it could be heavy metal jewelery. Sometimes it becomes a long trail of detective work, so be prepared. Have you tried moving your machine to another room?
