I bought a Mac mini last month on the official website of Apple. (i7 and more RAM. El Capitan).
I always have an issue with wake up after sleep mode. Mac mini don't turn on in this situation.
I tried everething here without success : If your Mac won't turn on - Apple Support
No light, no sound, nothing 😢
Is it an hardware or a software issue ? What can i do ?

If you have an Apple Store nearby, I'd recommend taking it there. The folks at the Genius Bar will look at it, and thankfully it's still under warranty if any repairs are necessary!
What is strange is this "No light, no sound, nothing 😢"
When sleeping the Power light should be slowly flashing. Is that the case?
When it wakes it should be the steady white.
