My home have hp officejet pro 8620.

My iPhone's NFC is Apple Pay Only.

My iPhone's NFC do can allow hp officejet pro 8620???

According to the HP support site, that printer also connects via wi-fi (ePrint and AirPrint): http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-Officejet-Pro-8620-e-All-in-One-Printer-s eries/5367611/model/5367613/document/c04085902/

Apple locks NFC on its devices to Apple Pay only. They have not opened it up for any 3rd party app development yet.

As already mentioned you can use AirPrint instead if the printer supports AirPrint.
