Videos wont delete off of ipod

So i was editing a video for my friend on my windows computer (windows 10) and since iTunes doesn't sync with any of my apple devices on this computer for some reason, i used a flash drive and transferred it over to my windows 7 gateway desktop. Using iTunes from there, I synced the video on the iPod. However, once doing so, i realized the dimensions of it weren't correct so i tried to delete it.....but the trash icon doesn't show up for those videos. I looked for some help and the only sources i found weren't helpful. the people had problems on a Mac not a PC. Nothing i do will get rid of the video and i need help getting rid of it. I would rather this be fixed here than have to travel to the apple store.
