Q: How do I make a manual backup of my iphone?

I have macbook pro 2011;, running 10.10.5,   iphone 4S -    I do NOT want to use CLOUD.   I was able in past to back up my iphone on the computer and now I can't find that option.  where is it?  How do I do it now?   

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
