Signatures in Mail from Preview

I have a signature stored in preview, how can i import that or save it for use in a signature for mail?

MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2016), OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)

By default Preview signatures are securely tucked away, and not meant to be shared between apps. There are ways:

However a "John Henry" signature is not really what Mail Signatures are traditionally. The Mail Signature is like a company logo with contact information for example. Not to say there would never be a place for it—however email is not a legal document—and not necessarily would you want your signature floating around in email.
