My Iphone 5s is not turning on

Hi experts!

I'm very worried about my iphone 5s last time when i was using it the battery timing goes very bad even when its go down to about 20% then incidentally changed to 1%. Now i'm trying to connect charger and its not charging in power off mode. I'm tried to turn on my cell phone but there is not any display looking like dead.

I already cleaned charging port and i already pressed home button and power button for some moments in the same time but not anything is going. I'm from pakistan please help me how can i fix it ASAP.

Thanks a lot for your reply sir but i already did all but when i connect my charger i cannot see any charging screen there so after connected charges screen still is blank.

If your battery did run down completely, it may take up to 20min, until you see the charging icon on the screen.

In case this does not happen, your battery might need to be replaced by an Apple Authorized Service Provider or Apple.

Find an Apple Authorized Service Provider

Make an Apple Store appointment

Sir many thanks for your quick help sir i'm from Pakistan and my City name is Faisalabad can you find from me because i not found any apple service center in my city can you try for me ?

In some countries the carrier is providing service for Apple devices.

Yes, this might be correct. Depending on your country, not every city has an Apple Authorized Service Provider. In those cases you'll have to find another place nearby, sometimes your carrier can also provide support for your device.

Thanks for your help sir i have facing another problem in my iphone 5s now please help me i want to get help from you.

When i open camera and select back camera then its not working i saw just black screen and also on flash light there's an triangle icon when i tap on that error i saw this error "The iphone needs to cool down before you can use the flash" Please help me.
