iPhone 5s can't update iOS 9.3.2

The current version of my iPhone 5s is iOS 9.2.1. There are many null apps on the storage list so I want to update the version to iOS 9.3.2.

But after downloading the iOS, it shows that it is unable to install update and there is an error occurred installing iOS 9.3.2.

Even pressed retry it still can't install.

How to solve the problem?

Did you try to use the newest version of iTunes on your computer?

If yes, any error messages given?

I tried to use iTunes on my computer to install the newest iOS version and successfully installed!
