What exactly are you wanting to do ? Apps for your MacBook can only be used on your Mac, they can't be installed on your phone, they are different operating systems - if the developer has a version for your phone it might be in your country's App Store (App Store app on your phone or iTunes App Store on your Mac) for buying

Without further information it's impossible to say. Are you using the account that was originally used to activate the phone ? If you are have you tried logging out and back into the account on it ?

Tap on your at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app, or in Settings > iTunes & App Store, and tap 'sign out' on the popup.

What do you mean 'standard programme' ? Your Mac and your iPhone have different operating systems on them

Unless you are using the account that was originally used to activate the phone then yes, it will be a paid download.

If you are, and the phone hadn't previously been activated, then you should be able to download them for free. You've logged out and back into your account on the phone as I've previously suggested ?
