    Hello Miss116,

I'm so sorry your iPhone was stolen, that's an awful feeling and I'm here to help you with everything I can.

    1.  Go to a computer and go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID and password.

    2.  Go to Find iPhone  and from All Devices at the top, click on your iPhone.

    3.  Click on Lost Mode and put in a phone number where you can be reached.

    4.  Click Next and then enter a message that says something along the lines of, "Thank you for finding my iPhone, please call this number to return it."

    5.  Click Done

Best wishes for getting your iPhone back safely.

    Hello Stuckboss

Thank you very much for your reply.

I've done with those instruction. As a result, my stolen iPhone was online last 8h ago, it meant that the holder (thief) unlocked my passcode and trying to sign out my iCloud with illegal programme. Whenever iCloud sign out, I will lost track. Here I would like to know whether Serial number could do anything to find where my phone is?

Not necessarily, it's possible they turned the iPhone off which is why it's not online.  In order to sign out of  your iCloud account they would not only need your passcode, but they would need your Apple ID Password.  You would also receive an email saying that you had signed out your iPhone from iCloud. To be safest, you can change your Apple ID password.

    Apple ID

    Take care!

Thank for your comment. I got a question, I wonder that Apple could block my ID for sign out on the stolen device?

    Miss116,

A part of the security features we have on the iPhone and part of iCloud and iOS 9 is the feature that prevents someone just logging out of iCloud on your iPhone without knowing the password.  The only person who should ever be able to log out of iCloud is the owner of the iPhone.  If they can't log out of iCloud then the iPhone is of no use to them.  It's activation locked.

Find My iPhone and Activation Lock

    Sincerely yours!
