I Phone 6 Back up

My iPhone won't back up as it says i need to buy more storage. I have tried clearing photos out from my phone and putting them on my laptop and also making changes to what i want backed up but nothing works.

Is there anyway I can see what is on my iCloud storage so i can delete stuff - any help greatly appreciated
