How do you add a pc to device list? I have installed icloud on my pc, I have turned on Photo Stream, but it is not transferring pics to PC and PC is not listed on account list of devices. Help

I know pictures are very important memories.

Get help with iCloud Photo Library for your Windows PC gives some great information on setting up your windows computer so you can have those items synced.
