Q: How to download from iCloud onto iPhone

I have a Keynote presentation in iCloud.

However, the locations in which the presentation could be shown may have limited/non-existent internet access.

Is there some way I can download the Keynote presentation onto my iPhone from iCloud so that is stored on the device?

Thanks

    Hi, Soniq2!

Being able to access your Keynote presentations on the go is definitely convenient, and I understand you may not always have access to the internet in order to get them via iCloud.

If you know you won't have access to the internet, but that you will need your Keynote presentations, you can download them from iCloud onto your computer (if they're not already there), then transfer them from the computer to your iPhone using iTunes.

The following article will help you download from iCloud to your computer.

Keynote for iCloud: Download a presentation to your computer

Once your presentations are on the computer, you can then use iTunes to transfer them to your iOS device following the instructions in the article linked below.

Keynote for iOS (iPad): Share presentations by connecting to your computer

Even though the title of the article says it's for an iPad, the instructions will work for all iOS devices, including your iPhone.

    Have a great day!
