Hi missatee233,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand that you cannot find a few of your playlists in iTunes on your PC. Also, two of your playlists are empty. I have several things for you to try.

First, use the article Manage and back up your iTunes media library to make sure you have a recent backup.

Next, use the article Locate and organize your iTunes media files to try and locate these playlists, specifically, this section:

Find your iTunes library files

Your iTunes library files track the media you add to iTunes, how you've organized it, and other information such as playlists. By default, these files are in your iTunes folder. To find your folder:

Windows

Windows 7 or later: Open

C:\Users\username\My Music\iTunes\
.

Windows Vista and XP are not supported by iTunes 12.2 or later.

And finally, once you've located the playlists, use this section of the the iTunes Help User Guide to Import them back into iTunes:

Import an iTunes playlist: Choose File > Library > Import Playlist. The imported playlist includes only songs and videos already in your iTunes library. Unavailable items are removed from the list.

Cheers!
