Q: Share -unauthorized Users

I have two places listed under Share (Finder) I do not recognize either of them, how do I remove?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014)

Do you mean the Shared section in the Sidebar?

You aren't sharing to them. They are showing up because they are offering sharing services to you.

There isn't a way to remove them. They will time out if they no longer appear on the network after a while.
