Q: Replicating local music on iPhone each update.

Almost every time iOS updates on my iPhone, the music that is stored locally (I use iTunes Match) is added again. Since getting the iPhone 6S, some songs now have four or five copies. I can't keep up with this. It doesn't appear as multiple in iTunes, but I usually have to select the "remove from my music library" to get them to disappear, not just the remove-download-from-phone choice.
