Why can I only save podcasts on iPad but not iPhone
AS the title says, fully updated iPad 2 and iPhone5s but can only save podcasts on iPad not on iPhone, why?

You should be able to save podcasts on both.
Confirm that your settings for Podcasts are exactly the same on both devices and that you're doing the same thing on the same screens (adjusted for screen layout differences).
Otherwise, give us more detailed information about what you're doing and what, exactly, is not working.
