Getting an error message of not being able to locate the file when trying to play music via iTunes could definitely cause an issue. I know how important it is to be able to listen to your music. There are a couple of things that could cause the error message and we can get to the bottom of this issue.
If the music stopped playing after doing an update, follow the steps in this article: If you don‘t see your content after you update iTunes
If no updates were done, then the first thing that you'd want to do is update iTunes via this link: Get the latest version of iTunes
Once you've got the latest version on there, follow this link to find the missing music: If your music is missing from iTunes
