Q: cant activate phone with apple id
my son has an iphone 5c and i had to restore and update it as it had disabled which i managed to do through itunes, now that i am setting up his phone again when it is asking me to activate it using apple id whenever i put this in it says that one is not linked to his phone can anyone help me please???

You should use the Apple id originally used to set up this device. The original Apple id. Are you sure you type the correct id?
