Hi
Your watch is not supposed to be shown in the list of devices within the Find My iPhone app - and it does not need to be added manually within the app.
Under watchOS 2 and later, Activation Lock is enabled for your watch automatically if you have Find My iPhone set up on your iPhone. Once enabled, Activation Lock requires your Apple ID and password in order to set up the watch with a new iPhone.
In order to mark your watch as missing, you would then use either:
- The Watch app on your iPhone: My Watch (tab) > tap on the name of your Apple Watch (at the top) > on the next screen, tap on the "i" icon next to the watch > tap on Mark as Missing), or;
- iCloud.com: Settings > Apple Watch > click Is this device missing > click Mark as Missing.
You would not use the Find My iPhone app and it is not presently possible to physically locate a lost watch using that app.
