Still ask for payment to install pages and numbers

Hi there. I'm not sure if you still have this problem but I contacted the 'live chat' option on the Apple website and it was fixed very quickly. Basically, you need to check that you've only one Apple ID Account. Then go to Pages, Keynote or Numbers and click the 'buy' button. IT SHOULD THEN SAY 'It's free and upgrade free by pressing now. That should now download the upgrade.
