Jun 16, 2016 6:59 AM in response to sarah_s1by Lawrence Finch,Sarah, uniquely among Apple products, iPhone warranties are in general not international. The only documented exception is that the EU is considered one "country" for warranty purposes. This is stated in the product warranties. Some Apple stores will do exchanges of phones purchased in other countries within the warranty if they have the correct model in stock, but this is done on an exception basis.
If you check the iPhone warranty (http://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/products/ios-warranty-document-us.html) you will find this statement:
IMPORTANT RESTRICTION FOR iPHONE, iPAD AND APPLE TV SERVICE.
Apple may restrict warranty service for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device.

Jun 16, 2016 10:51 AM in response to Lawrence Finchby Aleji ,So I can get assistance only Europe where I bought
-
Jun 16, 2016 11:25 AM in response to Alejiby Lawrence Finch,Europe is the only place you are guaranteed to get support. As I mentioned, some Apple stores will provide coverage as a courtesy if they can. The limitation is that phones sold in different geographies are not the same, and most repairs are done just by exchanging the phone. The local store may not have a replacement for your European phone.

Jun 16, 2016 11:37 AM in response to Lawrence Finchby Aleji ,Suppose I could send it by DHL to Apple Store in Europe to get repaired
-
Jun 16, 2016 11:39 AM in response to Alejiby Lawrence Finch,Apple also won't ship internationally. You need to send it to someone in Europe, and have them take it to an Apple store or ship it to Apple.
-
Jun 16, 2016 11:46 AM in response to Lawrence Finchby Aleji ,But, I can ship by myself using DHL, for example, paying mysel, but sending directly to an Apple Assistence, where in the past I had Assistence, or I have to send it to somebody?
-
Jun 16, 2016 11:52 AM in response to Alejiby Lawrence Finch,Apple will not accept international shipments of iPhones for repair, and will not ship the replacement internationally.
