Q: Help!!!

I bought an iPhone 5s through a third party the phone is unlocked for the factory,and it wasn't reported stolen,or lost but I can't unlock the phone or hard reset it is there anything else I can do or is the phone garage ?

What do you mean you can not unlock or hard reset? is there any error message?

Its already factory unlocked I cant get pass the lock screen. The person who I brought the phone from doesnt know the passcode,and cant get incontact with the previous owner before that .
