Phone Call To Only One Person Does't Work

I have a iPhone 5, I call one person and I can hear her but she cannot hear me...... BUT!!!! I don't have this issue when someone else calls me or I call someone else.... here's another kicker... LOL.... She can hear me and I can hear her when we FaceTime......... weird and it is driving me crazy trying to find a solution to this.... Help!!!

Ihave gone through all these steps and so has she.... she doesn't have any issues with her phone when calling other people either.... it's only when we call each other that she cannot hear me....
