Q: phone call sound problem

im using iphone 4s 12.6gb,ios9.3.2,,the problem is when somebody call me,,the sound disappears,,i cant hear them and they cannot hear me too..when i restart it the sounds back..it plays music,,but i try to call my iphone using other phone..the sound disappears again,,what should i do? can you help with this? thankyou..Godbless

Hi.
I am having the same issue with an iPhone 6. I did the update and then stopped being able to hear people when they called.
I have followed that article and the voice memos work but i cannot hear anyone when i make or receive a call, the same with vm.
FaceTime and Skype have no issue.

restarted, same issue
Restored phone with out restoring data, same issue

I use my phone for work, its my only phone and i am a single mom. please help!
