Q: iTunes Internet Issues

This has been an ongoing problem for a year now. The ITunes on my Windsows PC will just not connect to the Internet. I got it fixed a couple months ago by disabling Windows firewall on another computer, but the problem on my PC is ongoing. I even entirely gave up at a point. Now I have been trying again and have ran diagnostics on the program to see what was wrong this time and this is what came up:

Active Connection: LAN Connection

Connected: Yes

Online: Yes

Using Modem: No

Using LAN: Yes

Using Proxy: No

 

My firewall is still off and I have given ITunes all access to ports and the ability to connect in Norton Securty manually.

I went through all the stuff on the website too. I uninstalled and downloaded the newest Itunes, am running a current operating system, don't have proxies, no firewall blockage, and I even made sure my hosts file was empty. The last time this computer was able to connect to the iTunes Store was February 24 of last year. I honestly don't know what to do lol
