Q: Reminders: Resetting Remind me time

I used to find Reminders very helpful. However since I upgraded to El Capitan got 3.0, not so much.

If you need to select Later it gives you the options of 5 mins, 1 hour, tomorrow or ignore. 5 mins is useless, I'm spending all my time clicking Later. Is there any way to change the options for when Later you want to be reminded? I don't understand why anyone would think these four options are all that helpful. What happens if you click Ignore anyway? The whole point of a reminder is that you don't want to ignore it.

Thank you!

Did you ever get a response to this? 5 minutes is pointless. I often want a reminder sometime between 5 min-1 hour. I liked it better at 15 min, which it still is on the iPhone, but on Mac, it's 5 min or an hour. Would like some in-between options as well. Also, it used to work well with my iphone that when I marked it as complete on my mac, it would also complete it on my phone. Now, while the reminders still sync, it won't update items on my phone that I've marked as complete on my mac. It will update items on my mac that I've marked as completed on my phone. Not sure why it won't the other way around anymore. Really annoying to have to mark it as complete on my phone too to make it go away.

Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for improvement. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.
