Apple iTunes Credit Balance

I have somehow ended up with two Apple ID's. Now after redeeming a gift card it seems I have a credit in both accounts. How can I combine the money and if so, how? Also, can I cancel one ID?

1. Clickhere and ask the iTunes Store staff to put the balance back onto the card; they'll only do this if none of it has been spent.

2. Only Apple can do that. Click here and ask.
