From what you said the Windows 10 side of your MacBook Pro isn't picking up your Jam2 speaker. I'd definitely want to be able to play sounds through my speaker. We can check out a few quick things.
Does your Windows 10 partition detect any other Bluetooth devices and is the Jam2 speaker in pairing mode? The documentation for the speaker should say how. Usually with Bluetooth devices, it involves continuing to hold down the power button after the device is on. Once in pairing mode, it should be seen in Bluetooth menus.
If those don't make a difference, check for any Windows updates and restart the computer. Reply back if the Windows partition doesn't see it still and the Mac OS X side does connect still.

Just to be sure that the Windows support software for Boot Camp are installed correctly, I'd like you to please reinstall them by following the directions in the link below.
If you don‘t see some Mac features when using Windows on your Mac
If Windows still isn't connecting to it even in pairing mode and the Mac side is, then you may want to reach out to the manufacturer of the speaker to see if they have any updates for compatibility with Windows 10.
This is the link to Jam's support page with more information: Customer Support | Jam Audio
Thanks again and have a good day!
