    Hey there carmbear,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. From what you've posted, your iPhone's iMessage won't activate or sign in since updating to iOS 9.3.2. I'd definitely want to be able to use iMessage on my iPhone.  We can check things out to work on getting those back in action.

First, does your Apple ID and password work at AppleID.Apple.com or iCloud.com? We want to make sure that everything is good on that side. Additionally, have you changed your time zone or country recently? Having an incorrect time zone or country may prevent iMessage from activating as expected.

Check out this link for iMessage and FaceTime activation for steps to do: If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support

If those don't help, reply back with your country or region and the carrier your iPhone's service is set up with.

    Cheers!
