Q: i can not buy more storage

Hello,

I have an iphone 6 iOS9.3.2

I try to make update to more sotrage (from 5GB to 50GB) but i can't. When i choose 50GB, it asks to check the credit card.

All data is entared card, it withdraws 1,99 euro but did not change my storage plan. I repeated this step 3 times, each time.... the same problem...

Please help me.

Thank you.

Just so you understand, you're buying more icloud storage to backup your device to icloud and not actually physical memory on your phone.

For physical memory you will need to delete data off the phone. ie. apps, pics ...etc.

You card company is declining your credit card, and the amounts you are seeing are authorization holds which will be released back to your account, times vary depending on the financial institution.

If you've moved recently, ensure all address information is up to date. You may also need to reach out to your financial institution, speak with the Fraud & Security Department and ensure that they have not restricted purchasing from iTunes.

There might be a delay between the time you make the change in plan and the time it becomes effective. You should have received a confirmation from App,e about the plan change via email. Otherwise, it might be helpful to reset your device.

Reset: hold down the Home and Power buttons until you see the Apple logo (10-20 seconds).
